All 2022–2023 dive group bookings will receive a US 300 per person package reduction if booked prior to June 30, 2021 Every 12th diver is complimentary and a 10% commission applies. If you book your 2022–2023 dive trip for travel July 8 – Oct 15, 2022 or 2023, a 5% extra commission will apply! 2023 Groups accepted on basis of 2022 rates at this time.

A goodwill deposit of US 500 is required which is refundable up to three months prior to arrival.

A marine park fee of US 15 is to be paid locally. 

Additional Information:

Special nitrox surcharge for dive groups: US 75 per diver weekly. Upgrading from all meals to including meals AND all NON ALCOHOLIC beverages US 151.20 per person per week inclusive of 10% tax and 10% service charge. Upgrading from all meals to including meals AND all beverages: US 378 per person per week inclusive of 10% tax and 10% service charge.

Note on surcharges:

These surcharges are ONLY applicable in conjunction with a dive group booking. The surcharges are heavily reduced and are not available for individual reservations. 

Single occupancy rooms will pay per person surcharge x 2. Triple occupancy will only pay double occupancy surcharge, so only a maximum of 2 people pay the surcharge

PAYMENT POLICY:

A US 500 deposit is due when making your group reservation.

If your deposit is made by cheque, please make cheque out to ANSE CHASTANET HOTEL and mail to Ralph Locke Islands, 5801 Willis Avenue, Sherman Oaks, CA 91411 and refer to the dates of your reservation. Full payment is due about 8-6 weeks prior to arrival.Final payment should please be by wire transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation of group or individual rooms up until 3 months prior to arrival date: full refund
Group cancellation within 3-2 months prior to arrival : US 500 deposit is lost (no charge for room reduction at this point)
Cancellation of rooms with the 8 -4 week period prior to arrival : We try to show some flexibility and usually do not charge if one room is cancelled
If more than one room is cancelled 8-4 weeks prior to arrival : 2 nts cancellation fee per person
Any room cancellation within a 4 -2 week period prior to arrival : 3 nts cancellation fee per person.
Any room cancellation within 2 week period prior to arrival: 50% canx fee
No Show: 100% canx fee
Generally, we try to work closely with the group to always have latest sales figures at hand, so that cancellation fees can be avoided.

Entry Requirements (general, non COVID-19 specific requirements)

Visitors must carry passports which must be valid for a minimum of 6 months. Some airlines may refuse boarding if the passport is set to expire within a 3-month timeframe. Visas are not required where the visitor is a citizen of the USA or a Commonwealth country, or where there is agreement for exemption between the home country and St. Lucia. Most European Community countries do not require a visa. Please visit here if you are not certain whether or not you require a visa. If you require a visa please let us know, so we can assist you with the visa application process. 

COVID 19 entry requirements need to be checked closer to date of booking.

Red carpet treatment is given to all dive groups. Each dive group’s schedule is tailored to meet the individual group needs. Special sightseeing excursions can be arranged in addition to the dive schedule. The diving week will come to a festive end with a private farewell cocktail reception. ANSE CHASTANET’S spacious accommodation and pristine reefs, coupled with top notch service, are sure to please even the most discerning groups.
