Callistus Jackson – Manager (PADI MSDT)
Callistus has been a Scuba St. Lucia PADI Instructor since 2000. During that time he has certified over 600 students and has logged over 12,000 dives. He is very passionate about guest safety and works very closely with his scuba team to ensure that diving guests have the most memorable experience here with us in Saint Lucia. |
Errol Lebrun – IDC Staff Instructor
Errol was born in Georgetown, Guyana . It was there he began his diving career as a dive miner in the wild rivers of Guyana. Errol came to Anse Chastanet in 2002 and completed his formal dive training becoming a PADI Dive Instructor. His experience at Anse Chastanet is something Errol says he will cherish for a lifetime having the opportunity to be trained by and to work with some of the best PADI Dive Instructors found anywhere. Errol very much enjoys diving with our guests with his most memorable moments being when he takes out beginners for the first time seeing them marvel at how beautiful the underwater realm really is. Errol clearly takes great pleasure in his job and looks forward to meeting many more divers, as well as, training more beginners in the future. |
 Troy Moses – IDC Staff Instructor
Troy has been an instructor since 2013 and recently achieved the new rating of IDC Staff Instructor, plus he has been awarded with the PADI 50 Elite Instructor Award for three years in a row now. He loves taking guests on their first discover scuba dive experience but also loves teaching PADI specialties to more experienced divers. |
 Keither Prospere – MSDT (Master Scuba Dive Trainer)
In Keither’s family sports were very important. He knew from a young age that the only way to succeed in sports was to work very hard. Growing up in the town of Soufriere, his first love seemed to have been football, but Cricket and SCUBA diving soon took over his heart.Keither made a breakthrough in 2006 and he made the St. Lucian National Cricket team as an all round performer in addition to becoming one of our most popular Divemaster here at Scuba St. Lucia. His natural athletism and gentle demeanor make him both a great guide and a guest favorite.

Kennias Prospere – Dive Instructor
A man always ready with a smile, Kennias has been with the Resort and Scuba St. Lucia since 2009. He has immersed himself in many aspects of the Dive Centre. Friendly and popular, Kennias is currently our Equipment specialist and keeps all the equipment in great condition. |
Bradley Joseph – MSDT (Master Scuba Dive Trainer)
Bradley joined us back in 2015 and since then has achieved his PADI Master Scuba Dive Trainer rating. He loves introducing people to the underwater world! |
Dave Mathurin – Instructor and Boat Captain
Dave became part of the Resort in 2008 and, after stints in the Carpentry Shop and as a Beach Attendant, joined Scuba St. Lucia and quickly became a Dive Master. He has a great passion for diving and guests praise him for his ability to find and spot rare fish and sea life. |
Xavier – Boat Captain
Xavier is a man of many talents. An accomplished photographer, kayaker and biker. He drives boats, and – last, but not least!- takes wedding photographs when required. He enjoys talking to guests about St. Lucia’s history and showing them the beauty of St. Lucia’s people. |
Natasha Clavier-Prevot – Front Desk Supervisor
Natasha loves meeting people from around the world and considers this one of the many highlights her job as scuba receptionist has to offer. She says: “Learning about a guest’s home country allows me to travel the world without having to get on a plane and leave my beautiful Island!” That aside, Natasha has become the organizational mastermind behind the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. |
Vanessa Laurencin – Front Desk Team Leader
Vanessa joined Scuba St. Lucia in 2000 and has been our “Front Desk Ambassador” ever since. She loves to cook in her free time and greatly enjoys interacting with the guests at the resort. |
Theresa Moncherry – Equipment Desk & Retail Associate
Theresa is a jack of all trades, you will find her cleaning the equipment, so it is spotless for our guests, working in the retail store or manning the dive shop counter. Theresa has been with us since 1993, one of our longest serving members! |
Felix Jean – Head Boat Captain
Felix Jean has been with Scuba St. Lucia since 1994 and has worked his way up to Captain. He is responsible for all boat training and safety standards and enjoys talking to guests and making sure they are having a great time. |
Garfield Alfred – Boat Captain
Garfield has been working with Scuba St. Lucia as a Dive Boat Captain since 1998. An avid diver himself, Garfield is often found underwater, when not captaining one of our many boats, ensuring that all moorings and anchorage points for all our vessels are secure.Garfield has completed studies in Seamanship, Navigation and Safety and he fully understands the importance and effectiveness of boat support as well as engine maintenance. Garfield is always ‘in there’ and Scuba St. Lucia surely wouldn’t be the same without him! |
Jann Lenox – Boat Assistant
Jann – He has been working at Scuba St Lucia since 2018, but he started his career at ACR a few years ago. His first position was in the Beach Restaurant kitchen, but he always has had a love of the ocean. He is currently a boat assistant but is dreaming of becoming a divemaster soon. |
Tyson – Jungle biking and tour guide
Tyson has been part of the team since 2005 he has been trained by father nature (Meno) himself and runs fascinating tours through the jungle whereby he leads you on a sensory journey though the flower and fauna of the expansive grounds. Tyson is also a very accomplished and experienced bike guide. |
Omowale Hippolyte – Dive Master
Omo applied for an internship with Scuba St Lucia in 2021 and managed to become a divemaster in less than 9 months. He is very talented, and you will find him helping with either filling tanks, assisting with equipment rental, working as a boat assistant on dive boats or even as a first mate on the sail boat. He is very good at identifying fish and he achieved the TWA Level 2 surveyor with REEF. |
Francis Charlemagne– Boat Assistant
Hank is a Rescue Francis started working with Anse Chastanet more than 10 years ago. After working as a beach attendant for 8 years, he recently joined the SSL team and already became a diver within the first months. He is working on becoming a Captain and furthering his education in diving. |
